The Story of Central Park West Apartments.
In 1947, the Post and Solomon families began what was to become P&S Equities, Inc. These families were involved in land development and the construction of homes in the 1940′s and 50′s. Over the following two decades they constructed apartment and townhouse communities.
Central Park West, located in the heart of Austintown, Ohio, continues to be owned and operated by the Post and Solomon families to this day. We take pride in our community; in addition, we cherish all of our residents from our executive 3 bedroom townhomes to our luxurious studio apartments. Any time we rent a unit, our professional office staff will take the time to help you find the perfect one for your budget, explain everything you will need to properly apply for a lease with us, and answer any questions you my have to ensure your stay with us is hassle-free.
