Centrally located in the heart of Austintown, Le Chateau is within walking distance of the Township’s Local Schools and fifteen minutes from Boardman, Niles, Canfield, Poland, Warren and many other surrounding towns/cities.
You are about to have a mass exodus out of 4538 building in LeChateau. The people in #7 are so loud and obnoxious and drunken that they disrupt a group of otherwise quiet & educated good tenants. It is embarrassing to even have guests here because they make it seem like a trashy flophouse and not a nice apartment building. Everyone here has called the office to complain about these people yet nothing ever gets resolved. It’s been over 6 months of listening to their ongoing noise, yappy and aggressive dog, and hostile attitudes. You owe it to your tenants to fix the issue or you deserve to have all of us move out.
